Bookings & sessions

• Session times are confirmed by message before the first lesson begins.
• Reschedule free of charge with reasonable notice; late cancellations may be billed.
• If a tutor isn't the right fit, tell us within two sessions for a free rematch.

Payments

• Fees are agreed before teaching starts — no surprises, ever.
• Tutors are paid weekly; families receive a simple receipt for every session.

Safety

• All tutors pass identity, background, and subject checks before their first lesson.
• Parents or guardians should remain reachable during sessions with young children.
• Report any concern immediately via our contact page — we act the same day.

Tutor conduct

• Tutors arrive prepared and on time, and communicate progress honestly.
• Platform bookings, messaging, and payments stay on the platform for everyone's protection.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced here and dated in the changelog.
